I tried to use a hair dryer to remove the stickers, but they are not a
"sticker" as such. They are more like a decal which you can’t just peel off.
I’d like to try using the "Goof Off" as was suggested, but would like to
hear from someone that has actually done this. I’m afraid of getting a gooey
white/yellow mess on the visors.
Do I actually just apply the stuff to the sticker as it is, without trying
to remove it in any way?
Thanks

I wouldn’t. Just cover them up with something less objectionable. Then
they can be restore for resale.

That’s what I do. I have one of those 12 CD soft carriers that fits on the
visor but still allows access to the mirror on the other side. In fact I
don’t do it because of the sticker, which doesn’t bother me any, I do it
because it’s a decent way to have a few of my favorite cd’s (KC & the
Sunshine Band, Donnie and Marie Do Country, The Knack…you know, the good
stuff) handy for the single dash player.

You forgot "The Captain and Tenille" and "ABBA". Collection would not be
complete with out ‘em.
